Rebuilt and refurbished, over $1500 in new parts and product. Rebuilt engine that was rigid honed then .020 over rings filed to fit. Full gasket set, rebuilt carb with OEM parts, newer heads and coils off a 2023 engine that had low 30hours on it and two blown connecting rods (oil change done elsewhere skipped the oil part) new OEM starter, regulator, new 350CCA battery. Rebuilt Tuff torque K46HD trans with OEM tuff torque rebuild kit that's a $400 retail kit and updated with added magnets, different filter style and updated IDS internal dampening system. New OEM JD drive belt, idlers, and OEM clutch spring. Mower deck was rebuilt and upgraded with all new spindle bearings, OEM JD Belt, idlers, deck hangers were welded and "beefed" up, Gator style blades and mulching block off door. Tractor body, and deck were wire brushed, sanded, coated in rust converter, 1 coat primer, 2 coats of color and 1 coat of lacquer clear coat all sprayed with HVLP spray gun and color reduced and mixed with hardner.  Tractor starts, stops, runs, charges, drives and mowes as it should. Was run a couple hours on 5w-20 drained valves adjusted/checked, head bolts retorqed, filled with 20w-50 full synthetic small engine specific oil containing ZDDP zinc anti-wear additives and high capacity oil filter installed. Tractor has been run on ethonal free fuel since rebuild. It s turn key cut grass. Warranty: it comes to me next year pre season for a break in service. No service that's where my warranty ends. Machines and engines need service and maintenance.
