Simplicity 860E, 8HP 24" Snowblower

This is a 1996 Simplicity Commercial series snowblower. With an 8-hp Tecumseh 1 pull start, a reliable Tecumseh engine that just got its valves refaced, stems adjusted, and lapped in, as well as a 3-angle valve job along with a full service, cleaning, lubrication, oil change with small engine specific 10w-30 full synthetic oil, and a full tank of ethanol-free fuel. The machine starts, runs, and operates as it should. The machine appears to have very little run time. Paint appears to be original, with hardly a scratch in it. The ager and impeller still have paint on them. All bearings, bushings, belts, idlers, and tires are tight, no wear, and all work as they should. The carburetor appears to be brand new. I did disassemble it, inspect, and it's spotless and bright inside with no leaks and a true OEM Tecumseh fully adjustable pre-emissions Carburetor verified with Tecumseh service manuals and manufacture numbers stamped on the carb. I've had over 500 of these carbs at least in my hands in the past 3 years. This is an OEM carb that retails for over $80.00. Im not exactly sure of the history on the machine but the origanal customer/owner was not intested in this machine if the electric starter did not work. It had broken the starter braket and ripped all 4 mount bolts from the block. This was a common issue due to loose bolts (tightning bolts is a maintnace item) and exsessive cranking due to engine issues. This engine had zero clearane on the valves and both valves were "dished"  This too was a common repair many of these engines needed and most never got due to the time, labor, and tools required to do the job and do the job well. We have the tools and we did the job well. I offfered this repair to the customer as this was the true cause of failure and agian he was not intrested in a machine without an electric start. So here it is for sale. My opinion on starting engines is simply make them start as they should and we have achived that no electric starter needed. Engine also has a working 18-watt AC voltage output for AC lights or DC lights if an inverter module is made or bought (we can do both)  Price of the machine is prety much what the repair bill would have been $500 cash, check or credit card
